Weekend in the Jo'

Jesse was out of town this past weekend, so Jack and I headed down to San Jose to spend our first weekend at Grandma and Grandpa's house.  We took advantage of the amazing weather (high 70's!!!) with a trip to the park, where Grandma pushed Jack in the swing.  He must have been worn out from all the excitement at the park, because he came home and took an uncharacteristically long nap... almost 2 hours!  Grandma was excited to show off Jack to all of her friends at church on Sunday, and aside from getting his shirt dirty, falling asleep during the sermon, and crying when Sister Kieran said hi to him, Jack behaved really well.  And perhaps the most exciting news of the weekend, he started taking a bottle again!!!  I dare say he even enjoyed it.

Grandma and Grandpa loved spending some quality time with Jack, and despite the fact that Jack spit up on Grandma's new rug, I think we earned an invitation back.
