Dorothy came out to Cali with Tommy this weekend for a family friend's wedding. It was so fun to see Jack and Dorothy playing together. The first thing she said when she saw him was "Jack moves fast." An excellent observation. Dorothy was a little shy at first, but she warmed up to Jack really quickly. There was a little bit of competition for Grandma's attention (yes, Grandma was in absolute heaven), and a couple small confrontations over the most popular toys, but overall they had tons of fun with each other. By the end of the weekend, they even shared a sweet cousin hug, which unfortunately I missed! Of course, Jack woke up in the morning asking, "where'd Dorothy go?" We can't wait for her to come back soon!
Although Dorothy is very good at saying "cheese" for the camera, Jack doesn't exactly pose for pictures, so it was tough to get many pics of the two of them together. But here are a few...
